ShipAccel Release Notes version 1.125.0 (May 13, 2026)
Products affected: ShipAccel
What's New
Default Location for Order syncing
ShipAccel now allows users to set a default location for order syncing and fulfillment, ensuring all incoming orders are automatically assigned a consistent shipping origin. Users can access the Location module to create and manage a single default location. This location is then applied to all orders during fulfillment, providing a simple and consistent setup for managing shipments.
Latest Updates
UPS Schedule Pickup charge visibility
With this release, the UPS Schedule Pickup process has been updated to show the pickup charge directly on the screen. This change applies to all UPS account types. Pickup charges will only appear once all required fields for scheduling a pickup have been completed. If rates are unavailable, the pickup charge will not be displayed, and users may encounter rating errors when trying to schedule a pickup.
Shortpay notification banner on Create Shipping Label screen
The banner alerts users when there are pending shortpays and provides a clear path to resolve them. It is visible only to Enterprise, Division, and Location Client Admins who have pending shortpays for FedEx and UPS PB Rate accounts. The banner will remain on screen until all shortpays from the past 30 days have been cleared.
When users click View & Pay, they are taken to the Shipping History page, where the filter is automatically set to show Shipments with Outstanding Balance for the last 30 days. The banner message reads: “Action Required: One or more unpaid adjustments found. View & Pay to ensure uninterrupted shipping.”
Reprint Shipping Labels after shipment
ShipAccel now allows users to reprint shipping labels even after an order has been marked as shipped. Users can quickly access and generate a new copy of the original label without changing the order status or any shipment details, ensuring smooth and consistent post-shipment operations.
Automatic Address Field truncation
ShipAccel now automatically shortens address fields, such as the Company Name, when they exceed carrier-specific character limits during shipment processing. Previously, longer entries could prevent label generation and require manual fixes. With this enhancement, the system adjusts the values automatically to meet carrier requirements, allowing shipments to proceed smoothly without interrupting the workflow.
