Creating a mail request in PitneyShip Enterprise
Mail requests allow you to request that items be mailed by someone else who prints the postage for them on a postage meter.

Mail requests allow you to request that items be mailed by someone else who prints the postage for them on a postage meter. This creates an 8.5" x 11" PDF with a Mail Request ID and up to 3 barcodes.
- On the Stamps tab or the Shipping & Mailing menu at the top, select Mail Request.
- Complete all of the details for the mail request.
- Select Create Mail Request. The mail request will open as a PDF.
- Use your web browser's Print function to print the ship request.
- Select Done to close the success message.
To mark a mail request as processed:
- Select Shipping & Mailing > Shipping & Postage History.
- Select the Mail Requests tab.
- Select the arrow next to the desired mail request to expand it.
- Select Mark as Processed.
