Badge Support for SSO Users

Badges are now supported for SSO users, enabling faster and more seamless access to the locker kiosk. Users can simply tap or scan their badge to log in, eliminating additional authentication steps and speeding up the process.

This update improves usability, reduces login time, and streamlines the overall experience. The changes are reflected in the Manage User Badges and Add User Badge screens for SSO users.

Switch Button UI Update

The Switch button has been updated across several Settings pages to provide consistent styling, behavior, and improved usability. These changes create a more unified and seamless experience throughout the application.

The updated design and functionality are now applied within the General, Package Pickup, and Package Drop-Off settings tabs.

Improved Kiosk Contact messaging

Kiosk messaging for unavailable locker scenarios has been enhanced to offer more flexibility. Instead of showing a fixed phone number, users can now customize the contact information displayed, such as an email address or other support details.

This update helps guide users to the most appropriate support channel, improving clarity and overall user experience.

Locker Compartment Size Display

The locker interface has been enhanced to display the assigned compartment size directly within on-screen messages. This gives users clear visibility into the available space, helping them quickly decide if the locker is suitable for their package.

Kiosk Reservation enhancement

The kiosk reservation workflow has been improved by displaying the recipient’s email address alongside their name during the search process. This helps distinguish between users with similar names, reducing selection errors and improving accuracy when assigning packages.
