PitneyTrack Enterprise Release Notes version 1.126.0 (June 4, 2026)
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Enterprise
What's New
Web browser: Manage Status Groups
A new Manage Status Group option is now available on the Package Statuses page for PitneyTrack Pro web browser users with access to Status Groups. This feature allows users to organize both default and custom package statuses into two main groups: Undelivered (in progress) and Closed (completed).
By default, all statuses except Delivered are placed in the Undelivered group, while Delivered is assigned to Closed. Users can update these assignments at the site level as needed.
The UI has been updated to support this feature, including a new menu for managing status groups, an updated status reorder view with group details, and a Group Name column in the table. Users can also create, rename, and manage custom status groups directly from the interface.
Web browser and mobile app: Enhanced Dashboard Experience
An improved Dashboard experience is now available for PitneyTrack Enterprise users, providing better visibility through package status groups. A new toggle on the landing page allows users to switch between the existing and enhanced views. By default, the toggle is off, but when enabled, KPIs are calculated based on status group mappings.
Key metrics have been refined: Packages Received Today shows all packages added that day, while Undelivered and Closed reflect counts based on their assigned status groups. KPI counts update dynamically when group mappings change, and custom group tiles appear after the Closed KPI.
Users can click any KPI tile to view a filtered package list, and the Undelivered All Time metric includes all packages except those marked as Delivered. This enhancement offers a more flexible and meaningful view of package activity.
Web browser: Package Status Group visibility
Users can now view Package Status Group details on the Package Activity page and in exported reports. A new Status Group column has been added next to the Status column, with an option to show or hide it from the Columns menu (hidden by default). If a status belongs to multiple groups, they are displayed as comma-separated values, and long entries are truncated with an ellipsis.
Exports have also been enhanced to include Status Group information. This data appears in both Export Visible Data (when the column is enabled) and Export All Data across all formats. Additionally, package history exports now include the corresponding status group for each activity, improving reporting and visibility.
Mobile app: Dynamic Field Ordering
PitneyTrack Pro Mobile now supports dynamic field ordering for Receive, Edit, Deliver, and Pouch workflows, based on configurations set by Admin users. Each workflow can have its own field sequence, managed centrally through Input Fields > Mobile App > Reorder Fields.
Only enabled fields are shown in the app, and updates are reflected after sync. Disabled fields are removed, and if re-enabled, they are added to the end of the list. Existing configurations remain unchanged after release, and users can use the Reset to Default option to restore the system-defined field order for each workflow.
