State/Province condition in Automation Rules
A new State/Province condition has been added to Automation Rules, allowing users to create rules based on specific location values. This enhancement enables more precise, location-based shipment processing and routing, making automation more flexible and efficient.
Clone Automation Rules
A new clone feature has been added to Automation Rules in ShipAccel, allowing users to quickly copy existing rules. The cloned rule includes all pre-filled conditions and actions, making it easier to create similar rule variations without starting from scratch.
Each cloned rule is created as an independent copy and is set to inactive by default, so users can review and update it before activating.
Combined Label and Packing Slip printing
ShipAccel now allows users to print the shipping label and packing slip together on a single 8.5" x 11" page during the pick-and-pack process. By selecting the 8.5" x 11" w/ Packing Slip on Same Sheet option, the shipping label prints at the top of the page and the packing slip appears at the bottom.
For orders with multiple items, additional packing slip pages are automatically created as needed, while each new shipment starts on a separate page. The packing slip content and layout will continue to follow the user’s existing configuration settings.
Customer Notes Import enhancement
ShipAccel now allows users to import Customer Notes through CSV or file-based order imports. Any notes included in the import file are automatically filled into the Customer Note column in the Orders Grid, eliminating the need for manual updates after import.
Bulk Edit Service update
Bulk Edit now lets users update shipping services across multiple orders without changing packaging details. This means users can switch the selected carrier service while keeping the existing packaging setup for each order, making updates faster and more efficient.
ZIP/Postal Code Formatting Improvement
ShipAccel now preserves leading zeros in ZIP and Postal Codes across order imports, marketplace syncs, and CSV uploads. This ensures codes like 02115 and 00501 are stored and validated accurately, preventing data errors and maintaining consistency.
