PitneyTrack Enterprise Release Notes version 1.127.0 (June 25, 2026)

PitneyTrack Enterprise Release Notes for version 1.127.0 (June 25, 2026).

Products affected: PitneyTrack® Enterprise

What's New

Mobile App: Manage Lockers Functionality

This new feature enables users to manage lockers directly from the PitneyTrack Mobile App, providing greater flexibility and control without needing desktop access. Users with the appropriate permissions can find the Manage Lockers option in the More section under Place In Locker. They can scan and connect to multiple locker banks, and then select a specific bank to manage. The mobile experience mirrors the desktop view, allowing users to see all locker units, drill down into individual columns, and perform actions based on locker status. For example, users can remove available lockers from service, end reservations for reserved lockers, and return out-of-service lockers back into service. They can also select individual lockers or apply actions in bulk. Additionally, for reserved, occupied, or expired lockers, users can view detailed package information directly within the app.

Latest Updates

Web browser: Package Statuses - Categorize Desktop Package Statuses into 'Undelivered' and 'Closed' Groups

This update introduces a ‘Manage Status Group’ feature on the Package Statuses page in PitneyTrack Enterprise Desktop, allowing users to better organize and track package progress. Users with access to Status Groups can now categorize both default and custom package statuses into two main groups: Undelivered (for packages in progress) and Closed (for completed packages). By default, all statuses except Delivered are grouped under Undelivered, while Delivered is assigned to Closed. Users can update these group assignments at the site level as needed. The interface has been enhanced with a new Manage Status Group dropdown, updated columns showing status groups, and options to create, rename, and manage custom groups. The reorder statuses view has also been improved to display both status names and their assigned groups side by side.

Web browser and Mobile app: Enhanced Dashboard KPI Experience with Status Group-Based Package Categorization

This update introduces an enhanced dashboard experience for PitneyTrack Enterprise users, improving visibility on the landing page through the use of package status groups. A new toggle allows users to switch between the existing dashboard and the updated version, with the default set to the current (old) view. When enabled, key performance indicators (KPIs) are calculated and displayed based on status groups such as Undelivered and Closed, along with any custom groups configured at the site level. KPI tiles now reflect real-time counts based on status group mappings—for example, Packages Received Today shows all packages added on the current day regardless of status, while Undelivered and Closed tiles display counts based on their assigned groups. Custom group KPIs appear after the Closed tile, and selecting any KPI opens a filtered package list for deeper analysis.

Web browser: Package Activity - Add 'Status Group' Column and Export Support on Package Activity Page

This update enhances the Package Activity page in PitneyTrack Enterprise Desktop by adding visibility of Status Groups directly within the workflow and exports. A new “Status Group” column is now available next to the existing Status column, allowing users to see how each package is categorized. Users can choose to show or hide this column using the Columns dropdown, with the column hidden by default for flexibility. If a package belongs to multiple custom status groups, they are displayed as comma-separated values, and the column automatically adjusts to fit available space, showing ellipses when needed.

In addition, export functionality has been improved to include Status Group information. When users export data, the Status Group field is included in both Export Visible Data (when the column is enabled) and Export All Data across supported formats. Package History exports also now display the status group linked to each activity or update. These enhancements give users better visibility into package categorization, allow customized views, and make it easier to track and report on packages across different status groups.
