Using a 4-4-5 calendar to manage accounting periods on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000
Use the account report period calendar options to suit calendar months of differing lengths.

Use the account report period calendar options to suit calendar months of differing lengths.
A 4-4-5 calendar splits the year into four quarters of 13 weeks. Each quarter has two 4-week months and one 5-week month, in any order—4-4-5, 4-5-4, or 5-4-4.
- Select Manage Accounts from the Home screen.
- Select Reports.
- Select Report Period.
- Select the Default reporting period field.
- Period 4-4-5: Select this option if you want to use the 4-4-5 calendar to manage accounting periods, with two four week months followed by one five week month.
- Period 4-5-4: Select this option if you want to use the 4-5-4 calendar to manage accounting periods, with a four week month followed by a five week month and then another four week month.
- Period 5-4-4: Select this option if you want to use the 5-4-4 calendar to manage accounting periods, with a five week month followed by two four week months.
- Select OK twice and then select Done to return to the Home screen.
