Customizing columns when selecting accounts on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

If you use accounting, you can customize which columns appear on the Select Account screen and arrange them in any order you prefer.

Note: The Account name, Sub account name, and Sub sub account name columns cannot be removed or reordered.

1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
2. Select the Accounts button in the Mail Information section.
3. Select Options.
4. Select Choose columns....
5. To add a column to the Select Accounts screen:
   1. Select a column in the Available columns: list.
   2. Select Add.
6. To remove a column from the Select Accounts screen:
   1. Select a column in the Show these columns in this order: list.
   2. Select Remove.
7. To change the order of the columns on the Select Accounts screen:
   1. Select a column in the Show these columns in this order: list.
   2. Use the Move up or Move down buttons to move the column in the list.
8. Select OK to confirm your changes. The Select Accounts screen appears with the new column order.
