Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000

If you use accounting, you can search for an account using the account search field. This allows you to process mail against the account or select it to edit, delete, or create a new account level.

  1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
  2. Select Account in the Mail Information section.
  3. Select the Search field.
  4. If necessary, change the account search criteria.
  5. Type in the search term. As you type, the best match appears. You can use hyphens as shortcuts to search for specific accounts, sub accounts, and sub sub accounts.
    • The first hyphen stands for the highest level (account).
    • The second hyphen stands for the next-highest level (sub account).
    • The third hyphen stand for the next-highest level (sub sub account).
    • No hyphen in front of the keywords means no shortcuts are used.
The hyphen shortcut can only be used to search within columns that appear on the screen (i.e. you cannot search for a sub account if the sub account column is not present).
  6. If the appropriate account appears, select OK. If more than one account appears as a match, select the appropriate account and then select OK.
  7. If required, type in the account password and select OK.
