Advancing the date automatically on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

If your mail is picked up at a set time each day, set your meter to advance the date at that pickup time.

Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000

If your mail is picked up at a set time each day, set your meter to advance the date at that pickup time.

As soon as your meter reaches the time you set, it automatically advances the date 24 hours and prints that date on your postage. This ensures that the date printed on the mail is the same as the date it is brought to the Post Office.

  1. Select Settings from the Home screen.
  2. Select System.
  3. Select Automatic Date Advance.
  4. Select Yes.
  5. Select the Hour : Minute field. Set the hour using the 24 hour clock (01 – 24). Set the minutes from 00 – 59. If you leave the minute box blank, it automatically defaults to 00.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Select Home to return to the Home screen.
