Viewing and exporting communication settings on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000
You can view the meter communication settings such as the IP address and Machine ID and export these settings to a USB drive.

You can view the meter communication settings such as the IP address and Machine ID and export these settings to a USB drive. The IP address, Synchronous port, Asynchronous port, Host name, Machine ID, and Machine password for the system are displayed. These fields are automatically populated by Pitney Bowes.
View the communication settings
- Select Settings from the Home screen.
- Select Internet & Network.
- Select Communication Settings.
Exporting the communication settings
If it is necessary for you to export the communications settings, insert a USB drive into an available port on the mailing system.
- Insert a USB drive into an available port on the meter.
- Select Export settings to USB drive....
- Select File name, enter the file name and then select OK.
- Select Export to and then select the folder on the USB drive where you want to export the file.
- Select Open.
- Select Select this folder.
- Select OK to export the communication settings.
- The meter alerts you when the export is complete. Select OK.
- Select Home to return to the Home screen.
