Editing a cost account on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

If you need to update the settings of a cost account, you can edit it. Note that once a cost account has been created, the name and code cannot be changed. To change the name or code, create a new account and make the old one inactive.

1. Select Cost Accounts from the Home screen.
2. Select the cost account you want to edit from the list.
3. Select the edit icon on the right of the screen.
   
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Select Update.
6. Select Home to return to the Home screen.
