Making a cost account inactive on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Make a cost account inactive to prevent anyone from charging shipping label costs against it.

1. Select Cost Accounts from the Home screen.
2. Select the cost account you want to make inactive from the list.
3. Select the edit icon on the right of the screen.
   
4. Select Inactive.
5. Select Update.
6. Select Home to return to the Home screen.
