Printing envelopes using WOW, First Piece Only mode on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

If you want your meter to weigh the first envelope and then print the same postage on the remaining envelopes, use the WOW, first piece only mode.

If you want your meter to weigh the first envelope and then print the same postage on the remaining envelopes, use the WOW, first piece only mode. Since the meter only has to weigh the first mailpiece, this job runs faster.

Important: Do not lean on or disturb the meter while it is processing mail in this mode. It will affect the amount of postage applied to the mailpiece.

Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
Select the Weighing button.
Select WOW, first piece only and then select OK.
Select the desired class.
If necessary, select an account.
Place the envelopes on the feed deck. All mail must be the same width. Use the side guide to guide the mail into the feeder.
Select Start.
