Printing envelopes using Weigh-on-the-Way (WOW) mode on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

If you want your meter to weigh and then print the correct postage on envelopes, use the Weigh-on-the-Way (WOW) mode.

Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000

If you want your meter to weigh and then print the correct postage on envelopes, use the Weigh-on-the-Way (WOW) mode. You do not have to sort your mail by weight before processing.

Important: Do not lean on or disturb the meter while it is processing mail in this mode. It will affect the amount of postage applied to the mailpiece.

Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
Select the Weighing button.
Select WOW and then select OK.
Select the desired class.
If necessary, select an account.
Place the envelopes on the feed deck. All mail must be the same width. Use the side guide to guide the mail into the feeder.
Select Start.
