Viewing funds information on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

View the funds information to monitor and manage postage funds, view postage refills, set postage refill values, upload postal information and view meter information.

1. Select Funds on the Home screen.
2. Select from the following options on the left side of the screen.
   • Meter Funds: Check your postage account balance, view the postage remaining on your meter or to refill your meter.
   • Last 5 Refills: View the history of the last five postage refills performed on your meter.
   • Refill Settings: Set the low funds warning amount and default refill amount for your meter.
   • Meter Information: View the PSD (Postal Security Device) information for your meter including your postage account number and minimum and maximum postage refill values, upload postal information or withdraw your meter.
