Adding a graphic on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Customize your mail by adding a custom logo or graphic.

Depending on the size of the envelopes you use, you can add up to four graphic ads. Two will be right justified and two will be left justified.

Uploading custom graphics

You can upload a graphic via Your Account. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal using your computer.

Downloading custom graphics

Select Rates & Updates from the Home screen. Select Install Now when the prompt appears. Your graphics downloads will then be available for printing.

Adding a graphic from the Edit Envelope screen

1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
2. Select anywhere on the image of the envelope or select Edit Envelope.
3. Select Graphic ad. A series of markers appear along the top of the envelope.
   
   • The arrows indicate the location of the markers. The number of markers that appear depend on the size of the envelope or tape.
   • Markers appear either on the left edge of the envelope or next to the postage. They show where to place the graphic images.
4. To select a graphic, choose the marker, then select the graphic from the list. If the zone is empty, the meter picks the right‑side marker next to the postage and shows the first graphic there.
   • To remove the graphic, simply de-select it.
   • If you try to add an image and there is not enough room, the meter tells you to either remove a graphic or change the size of the envelope.
5. Select OK to place the graphic on the envelope. The Run Mail screen appears with the graphic visible on the envelope. If an envelope already contains the maximum number of images and its size decreases during a mail run (such as in a WOW job), the meter will remove graphics and messages in a set order.
