Creating a graphic ad or text message only job on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

You can create a job that prints only non‑postal elements, such as a graphic or text message on a tape or envelope. If your meter uses accounting, a piece count gets retained for accounting reports.

1. Select Run Mail from the Home screen.
2. Select Options.
3. Select Create a new job.
4. Select Graphics ad only and then select OK.
   
5. If necessary, select an account.
6. If necessary, select a surcharge.
7. Select anywhere on the image of the envelope or select Edit Envelope.
   
8. Select either Graphic ad or Text messages & Return addresses.
   
9. Select the desired graphic or text message from the list and then select OK. The Run Mail screen appears with the graphic visible on the envelope.
10. Select Start to begin printing envelopes or press Tape to print a tape.
11. If you want to save this job, select Save as.
12. Enter the new job name and then select OK.
