Viewing the model and serial number on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000
You can view the model and serial numbers of the different parts of your meter. This is helpful for rate changes, software updates and if you need support.

You can view the model and serial numbers of the different parts of your meter. This is helpful for rate changes, software updates and if you need support.
- Select Settings from the Home screen.
- Select Hardware.
- Select General. The system name, Feeder PCN (Product code number), Feeder serial number, PSD (Postal Security device) PCN, PSD serial number, printer PCN appear.
- Select Home to return to the Home screen.
