Uploading postal information on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Upload postal information to send all the information within the pieces run through the meter. This includes, but is not limited to, postage used, class of mail, and number of pieces. If you use the optional accounting feature, the postal information upload will also include account data.

1. Select Funds on the Home screen.
2. Select Meter Information.
3. Select Upload postal information now.
4. The meter alerts you when the upload is complete. Select OK.
5. Select Done to return to the Home screen.
