Reprinting a shipping label on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

If a shipping label does not print correctly, you can print it again.

Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000

If a shipping label does not print correctly, you can print it again.

Carriers have different guidelines for reprinting labels:

  • USPS labels can be reprinted up to 24 hours from the initial printing and can only be reprinted once.
  • FedEx and UPS labels can be reprinted up to 30 days from the initial printing and can be reprinted up to 8 times.

Reprinting a shipping label you’ve just printed

  1. On the Carrier screen the message Label Completed appears. Select Reprint This Label.
  2. The Reprint Label dialog box appears. Select the check box to agree to the conditions.
  3. Click Reprint.

Reprinting a shipping label from the History screen

  1. Select History from the Home screen.
  2. Find your label in the list or by using the search box.
  3. Select the > arrow in the left of the column list, next to the shipment’s date, to reveal the shipment’s details.
  4. Select Reprint Label. The Reprint Label dialog box appears. Select the check box to agree to the conditions.
  5. Select Reprint.
