Viewing unlocked accounts only on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Set your meter to display only accounts that are unlocked. Unlocked accounts don’t require a password.

A padlock icon appears next to the account name in the account list if a password is assigned to the account.

1. Select Accounts in the Run Mail screen. The Select Account screen appears.
2. Select Options.
3. Select the Show unlocked account only check box.
   • A checked box indicates that only unlocked accounts will appear in the account list.
   • An empty check box indicates that all accounts will appear in the account list.
4. The meter updates the account list to correspond with the option you selected.
5. Select an account.
6. Select OK to return to the Run Mail screen.
