Changing your password or password hint on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

If you use user logins and you are a user with operator access, you can change your password or password hint.

1. Select Settings from the Home screen.
2. Select Personal.
3. Select Login.
4. Select Change password.
   1. Enter your old password and select OK.
   2. Enter your new password and select OK.
   3. Re-enter your new password to confirm, and select OK.
5. Select Password hint to add or edit your password hint.
   1. If necessary, select Clear to remove the old password hint.
   2. Enter the new password hint and select OK.
6. Select Home to return to the Home screen.
