Requesting a USPS shipping label refund on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

You can request a refund up to 30 days from the date on which you first printed a USPS shipping label.

Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000

You can request a refund up to 30 days from the date on which you first printed a USPS shipping label.

When you request a refund for USPS shipping labels, the postage amount is credited to your postage balance. USPS may take up to 30 days to process the refund because they wait see if the label is used before crediting your account.

Requesting a USPS refund for a label you’ve just printed

  1. On the Carrier screen the message Label Completed appears. Select Request Refund.
  2. The Request Refund dialog box appears. Select the check box to agree to the conditions.
  3. Select Continue to process your refund request.

Requesting a USPS refund from the History screen

  1. Select History on the Home screen.
  2. Find your label in the list or by using the search box.
  3. Select the > arrow in the left of the column list, next to the shipment’s date, to reveal the shipment’s details.
  4. Select Request Refund.
  5. The Request Refund dialog box appears. Select the check box to agree to the conditions.
  6. Select Continue to process your refund request.
