Setting the Weigh-on-the-Way (WOW) mode on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

You can change the Weigh-on-the-Way mode to obtain a more precise measurement of the weight and dimensions of your mailpieces.

Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000

You can change the Weigh-on-the-Way mode to obtain a more precise measurement of the weight and dimensions of your mailpieces. Normal is the default mode.

  1. Select Settings from the Home screen.
  2. Select Hardware.
  3. Select Weigh-on-the-Way (WOW).
  4. Select either Normal or Precision.
  5. Select Home to return to the Home screen.
