Viewing and printing the daily snapshot report on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

View or print the daily snapshot report to give you a quick summary of the day’s accounting.

Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000

View or print the daily snapshot report to give you a quick summary of the day’s accounting. It’s ready about two minutes after uploads and helps you finish end‑of‑day reports fast.

Note: You cannot export this report.

  1. Select Manage Accounts from the Home screen.
  2. Select Reports.
  3. Select Daily Snapshot Report. The report appears onscreen for viewing.
  4. Select Refresh to ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date information.
  5. Select Print Report. The report will print to the attached printer.
  6. Select Done twice to return to the Home screen.
