SendPro Enterprise version 8.69.0 Release Notes (May 19, 2026)

Note: Some changes affect all SendPro Enterprise users, while other changes affect licensed users only. If you are a subscriber, your SendPro Enterprise is hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud with the address https://name.sendproenterprise.com, where "name" is your organization's unique value. If you are a licensed user, your SendPro Enterprise is not hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud.

Summary

Version 8.69 delivers ongoing security and reliability improvements together with a major round of FedEx REST API fixes spanning commercial invoice and ETD data, purchase order transmission, export control special services, return address handling, and Dangerous Goods shipments. This release also includes a USPS hazmat labeling fix, improved Canada Post diagnostics, and a new AME carrier label format.

Carrier Changes

The following carrier changes have been implemented for SendPro Enterprise:

FedEx International Connect is now FedEx Cross Border

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

FedEx's rebrand of FedEx International Connect to FedEx Cross Border has been applied throughout the platform. No action is required.

FedEx REST API: major improvements

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

This release includes a significant round of FedEx REST API fixes and enhancements:

• Commercial Invoice & ETD: PaymentTerms, SpecialInstructions, DeclarationStatement, Comments, OriginatorName, TermsOfSale, and Importer of Record details are now sent correctly.
• Purchase Order Number: The PO# is now correctly transmitted to FedEx.
• Export Control: Special services (trade zone, entry number, licence type) are now passed correctly.
• Return Address Override: Drop-ship return addresses are now honored correctly.
• Dangerous Goods: Express DG shipments now use IATA regulations and include the required shipper declarations.
• Address Validation: Fixes for JSON crashes, sandbox/production differences, and legacy address formats.
• ETD Country Coverage: Unsupported inbound ETD countries have been removed.
• FedEx One Rate: An Extra Small Box packaging option has been added.

USPS Postage: hazmat fix

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Hazmat shipments now correctly apply the "H" label and surcharge.

Canada Post: improved diagnostics

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Manifest and End of Day HTTP requests are now logged for easier troubleshooting.

New AME carrier label

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

ZPL label output has been added for the AME carrier in T2.

• WI01065223 / CS02309743: Fixed a missing PaymentTerms field in the FedEx REST API commercial invoice; PaymentTerms was not mapped in the commercial invoice details.
• WI01063672 / CS02306812: Fixed the FedEx REST API so the purchase order number is no longer omitted from the carrier request.
• WI01062987 / CS02307247: Fixed export control special services (e.g., trade zone, entry number) not being passed to the FedEx REST API by correcting validation requirements and date handling.
• WI01061514 / CS02301922: Fixed the FedEx REST API return address override so the drop-ship return address is now used correctly.
• WI01057143: Fixed a FedEx REST API Dangerous Goods shipment invalid input error by improving handling of DG commodity details.
• WI01056080: Fixed Dangerous Goods shipments failing validation in certain scenarios.

• WI01067133: Added a ZPL label output for the AME carrier in T2, including a fix for CMB Bridge to correctly read the live bit value.

No SendPro Enterprise App version updates are included with this release. Existing app versions remain compatible with 8.69.
