Role-Based Control for DeviceHub Activation
Enterprise Admins can now manage DeviceHub activation through a new role-based permission called Activate DeviceHub. When this permission is disabled, users cannot activate DeviceHub from the product interface, and activation options are removed from the My Devices page and supported shipping and mailing workflows. Existing DeviceHub installations continue to work without interruption, and the permission is enabled by default for customers who previously had access. This enhancement provides greater administrative control while maintaining a seamless user experience.
