Enhanced Inbound Site Import Management
The Inbound Site Import feature has been enhanced to provide greater flexibility when managing Sites, Buildings, Floors, and Mailstops within subscription limits. Instead of validating imports based on the number of existing sites before processing begins, the system now evaluates the final site count after the import is completed.
This improvement allows users to update existing site hierarchies, add Buildings, Floors, and Mailstops to existing sites, and restructure site data through imports more efficiently. Imports are permitted as long as the resulting site count remains within the subscription limit. If an import would exceed the allowed limit, the file is rejected and users are provided with guidance on how to modify and resubmit it. This enhancement makes it easier to maintain and update site structures without unnecessary restrictions.
