ShipAccel Release Notes version 1.129.0 (August 5, 2026)
Products affected: ShipAccel
What's New
New Ship To Address Filter for Orders Grid
A new Ship To Address filter has been added to the filter panel, with Domestic and International as selectable options. Users can apply either option individually or select both together. Available across all Orders Grid views, the filter works alongside existing options such as batch, source, age, and assigned location, allowing for more precise and targeted order searches.
For businesses that manage both domestic and cross-border shipments, processing requirements often vary based on carrier selection, service levels, customs documentation, and compliance needs. This new filter enables teams to quickly identify orders by destination type, improving operational efficiency and helping reduce fulfillment errors.
Manual Order Management
Users can create a new manual order from the Orders Grid using the Create Manual Order option. The feature opens a structured order form, similar to the existing Edit Shipment experience, where all order information can be entered in one place. This includes recipient details such as name, address, phone number, and email address; order information such as order number, order date, shipping costs, taxes, and pricing; and one or more line items with SKU, item name, quantity, and unit cost. Once saved, the order is added to the Orders Grid and displayed alongside orders imported through other channels.
Manual orders can be managed directly from the Orders Grid, where users can update order details as needed. All fields can be edited except the order number and order date. To help prevent accidental deletions, a confirmation message is displayed before a manual order is removed. Existing automation rules also apply to manual orders, ensuring a consistent fulfillment process regardless of how the order was created.
Create Return Labels directly from the Orders Grid
Users can now create Return Labels directly from the Orders Grid, making the returns process faster and more convenient. Previously, users had to leave the Orders Grid and locate the original shipment in Shipment History before generating a return label. With this enhancement, returns can be initiated without leaving the Orders Grid.
A new Create Return Label action is available for orders that have been fulfilled or shipped through the application. Users can access this option from either the full order details page or the order sidebar, allowing them to start the return process from their preferred workflow.
Selecting Create Return Label launches the existing return label workflow, providing the same familiar experience for configuring and generating return labels. To support situations where multiple returns are needed for a single order, the return label option remains available even after a return label has already been created.
Enhanced User Export report with improved Cost Center information
The User Export report has been enhanced to provide more complete and accurate cost center information for users. Previously, the export included the Default_Cost_Account_Name field, but the associated values were not always populated correctly. To improve data accuracy, the underlying data retrieval logic has been updated to ensure the correct cost account names are retrieved and displayed.
As part of this enhancement, a new field, DefaultCostAcctCode, has been added to the User Export report. This field was not previously available, limiting visibility into user-specific cost center codes. To align with existing naming conventions, the field formerly known as Default_Cost_Account_Name has been renamed to DefaultCostAcctName.
With this update, both DefaultCostAcctName and DefaultCostAcctCode are populated whenever valid cost center information exists for a user, providing more complete and reliable cost center data in exported reports. This enhancement applies to both SSO and Non-SSO user export reports, ensuring a consistent reporting experience across all user types.
Latest Updates
Reprint Summary Receipts from History
A new capability allows Ship Request users to reprint previously generated summary receipts directly from the History screen, eliminating the need to access the Label Creation workflow. This enhancement makes it quicker and easier to retrieve and print past receipts when needed.
The new Reprint Receipt button is now available for users with the Ship Request feature. The button is displayed and enabled whenever a summary receipt is eligible for reprinting, providing convenient access to previously generated receipts.
Customizable Page Size in the Orders Grid
The Orders Grid now allows users to customize the number of orders displayed per page, providing greater flexibility when managing orders. Previously, the grid displayed a fixed number of orders, which could be limiting for users working with either small batches or high order volumes.
With this enhancement, users can choose to display 10, 25, 50, or 100 orders per page directly from the grid. The selected page size is applied across all order views, including All Orders, Unfulfilled, Fulfilled, and Shipped, and is retained throughout the user’s session. This helps create a more consistent experience while navigating between views and allows users to tailor the grid to their individual workflow and operational needs.
