Viewing and exporting your history in PitneyTrack Verified Sender

You can view the history of your barcode labels and export the data if needed.

1. On the Verified Sender tab, select Barcodes Activity (Reports) or from the Verified Sender menu at the top, select Barcodes Activity (Reports).
2. On the Barcode Activity tab, view the details of a particular barcode in the list by selecting the arrow on the left side to open it.
   
   • The barcode numbers shown are not the barcode numbers that have been created. They are identification numbers to keep the system secure.
   • Processed On is when the barcode was first scanned into the system.
   • Scanned On is the last time the barcode was scanned.
3. To filter the list, use the filter menus and search box at the top of the list. Your filter selections will be remembered.
   Note: When filtering by date, you can only go back 2 years.
4. To sort the list, click on the column headings with arrows. Click the same heading again to reverse the sort order.
5. To export the data, select Export, then select the desired export option and format.
   • All Data: All records in the system
   • Selected Data: Only the records you have selected by checking the boxes next to them
   • Visible Data: Only the records that are currently visible based on your filters
6. To include the barcode history, select Include Barcode History.
7. Select Save.
8. Follow your web browser's prompts to save the file. (The exact steps will vary depending on your browser settings.)
9. On the Exported Data tab, use the icons to:
   • Download the report.
   • Re-run the same report with updated data.
   • Give the report a name.
   • Delete the report.
10. If you're waiting for an export to be completed, select Refresh to update the export list.
