Running a Locker Utilization Report in PitneyAnalytics

A Locker Utilization report summarizes locker bank utilization by percentage for a selected time frame. Data is identified by the name of the locker bank.

1. Select Analytics > Reports.
   
2. Select the Lockers > Utilization.
   

3. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.

   
   

   1. Filter: The default value is Division/Region.
   2. Division/Region: Select the divisions you wish to view.
   3. Location: Select the locations you wish to view.
   4. Date Range: Select one of the preset time periods, or select Custom Range to enter a specific date range.
   5. Refresh: Once you have selected all of your options, click the refresh icon to display the report.
4. Select Customize View > Choose how to group data. By default, the report will be grouped by Locker Bank.
5. (Optional) Use the Columns menu to add, remove, rename columns from the report.
   1. Drag the columns or use the arrows to reorder the columns.
   2. Use the edit icon to rename the columns.
6. Click Done.
