Resolution

Follow these steps to verify that all of the printer settings are correct.

  1. In the Windows Search box, search for Control Panel and select it.
  2. Right-click on Devices and Printers and choose Open in new window.
Note: Opening Devices and Printers in a new window prevents Windows from redirecting to the Settings application.
  3. Right-click on the Zebra printer that is experiencing the issue and select Printer Properties.
  4. On the General tab, select Preferences.
  5. Select the Page Setup tab and verify the following settings:

  12. In the Printer Properties window, select the Advanced tab.
  13. Select Printing Defaults.
  14. Make sure that all of the settings on the Page Setup, Print Options, and Operation Mode tabs match the values listed above.
  15. Select Apply, then select OK.
  16. Print a test label and verify that labels advance and print correctly without errors.
