ParcelPoint Smart Lockers Release Notes version 1.130.0 (August 27, 2026)
Products affected: ParcelPoint™ Smart Lockers
What's New
Enhanced Notification Log visibility and usability
This enhancement improves the Notification Log by providing greater visibility into notification activity and making it easier to review and manage notification records. Previously, users had limited insight into notification types, delivery status, and could not easily sort records for analysis.
With this update, new Notification Type and Status columns have been added to the Notification Log. Both columns support sorting, allowing users to quickly identify notifications and review their delivery status. Additional usability improvements include standardized and more consistent dropdown behavior, fixed-width search controls, improved spacing and alignment, and clearer filtering experiences.
To further enhance usability, users who filter for Undelivered Notifications and have no matching records will now see a clear informational message. At this time, notification status tracking is available for email notifications only. Support for SMS notification tracking will be added in a future release.
Enhanced Bulk Contact deletion and management
This enhancement improves Bulk Contact Deletion by enabling large volumes of contacts to be deleted more efficiently and reliably. Previously, bulk deletion requests involving thousands of contacts could fail due to processing limitations. With this update, large-scale deletion requests are processed asynchronously, improving performance, scalability, and reliability.
The contact management experience has also been streamlined with new deletion options, including Delete All Shared Contacts, Delete All Private Contacts, and Delete Selected Contacts. Users can specify whether deletion applies to recipients or recipients and senders, while maintaining existing protections for sender records where applicable.
Additional controls have been introduced for shared contacts, allowing administrators to restrict contact visibility to specific user roles. To help prevent accidental data loss, verified sender contacts are now protected from bulk deletion and can only be removed individually. Existing sender deletion behavior remains unchanged, ensuring consistency for current workflows and plan-specific requirements.
Improved Hold Status visibility for Locker Packages
This enhancement improves locker package management by adding dedicated On Hold status visibility within the Manage Lockers web interface. Previously, the Disable Access Code API allowed organizations to deactivate a recipient's access code and place the associated package on hold, preventing it from being retrieved from the locker.
With this update, packages that have been placed on hold are now clearly identified in the Manage Lockers interface, giving administrators and site personnel immediate visibility into packages with disabled access codes.
Latest Updates
Enhanced Address Book Search experience
This enhancement improves the Address Book search experience by making it faster and easier for users to find contacts during shipping workflows. Search results are now automatically ranked by relevance, eliminating the need to manually select Begins With, Contains, or Ends With search filters.
The updated search logic prioritizes contacts that begin with the search term, followed by contacts that contain the term, and then those that end with it. When a contact matches multiple criteria, the most relevant result is displayed first. These improvements provide a more intuitive search experience while continuing to return a complete set of matching contacts.
Enhanced Locker Activity tracking for Held Packages
This enhancement improves the Locker Activity tab by providing visibility into packages that have been placed in Hold status through the Disable Access Code API. Administrators can now view hold-related events directly within the package activity history, making it easier to track when an access code was disabled and when a package was placed on hold.
By adding this information to the activity log, the update provides greater transparency into the package lifecycle and helps administrators more effectively monitor and manage packages that remain secured in lockers due to disabled access codes.
