SendPro Enterprise version 8.70.1 Release Notes (July 23, 2026)

Note: Some changes affect all SendPro Enterprise users, while other changes affect licensed users only. If you are a subscriber, your SendPro Enterprise is hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud with the address https://name.sendproenterprise.com, where "name" is your organization's unique value. If you are a licensed user, your SendPro Enterprise is not hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud.

Summary

Version 8.70.1 strengthens FedEx REST API reliability, improves rate-shop accuracy, and delivers UPS compliance updates. This release also includes targeted application fixes across shipping, freight documentation, and carrier integrations.

Carrier Changes

FedEx REST API improvements

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

FedEx REST API reliability has been improved across package validation, Priority Alert Plus, Saturday Delivery, freight bill-of-lading references, and electronic trade document processing. Rate Shop now more accurately reflects FedEx package types and avoids an unnecessary Residential Delivery warning for FedEx Home Delivery services.

UPS compliance updates

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

UPS Worldwide Expedited shipments to the Northern Mariana Islands now omit duty-payer information where the destination requires it. UPS dutiable shipments from outside the EU to EU destinations now populate COMMERCE_TYPE using the recipient's residential status.

Carrier integration updates

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

CourierGuy rate shopping is now supported for South African shipments, and HubCapp anonymous-access request handling has been corrected.

• WI01088473 / CS02367212 Fixed FedEx REST Rate Shop package-type handling so returned rates do not silently use converted packaging that can differ from the final shipment.
• WI01094114 / CS02381755 Fixed FedEx REST Saturday Delivery rating so the special service is not submitted at both shipment and package level.
• WI01085875 / CS02363000 Fixed FedEx Freight REST bill of lading generation so the Shipper # field is populated from the shipment reference.
• WI01088405 / CS02370023 Updated UPS Worldwide Expedited processing for Northern Mariana Islands destinations so duty-payer information is omitted where required by UPS validation.
• WI01091370 / CS02377387 Updated UPS shipments from outside the EU to EU destinations to populate COMMERCE_TYPE for dutiable shipments, using the recipient's residential status.

Apps

No SendPro Enterprise App version updates are included with this release. Existing app versions remain compatible with 8.70.1.
