Updating your default location in PitneyShip

In PitneyShip, you can have a single division, with a single default location beneath it. This default location serves as the shipping origin address for orders that are imported from your connected ecommerce marketplaces.

• Editing the location name or address
• Exporting the division and location

Editing the division name

You can change the name of your default division. Note: The default division cannot be deleted.

1. Select Settings > Divisions & Locations.
2. Select the Edit Division icon next to the division.
   
3. Make the needed change and select Save and Close.

Editing the location name and address

You can change the name and address of your default location. Note: The default location cannot be deleted.

1. Select Settings > Divisions & Locations.
2. Select the Edit Location icon next to the location.
   
3. Make the needed change and select Save and Close.

Exporting the division and location

If needed, you can export your division and location information in CSV format.

1. Select Settings > Divisions & Locations.
2. Select Export.
3. If prompted by your browser, select where to save the file.
