What's New

Filtering orders by item count

You can now view, sort, and filter orders based on the number of items they contain. A new Items column in the Orders grid displays the total item count for each order, and the Number of Items filter helps you quickly find orders that match specific criteria. This enhancement makes it easier to identify simple and complex orders, improve order visibility, and choose the most appropriate fulfillment workflow without opening individual order records.

Managing contacts with granular permissions

Contact Management now supports granular, role-based permissions, giving administrators more control over contact-related actions. Instead of granting full contact management access, administrators can assign specific permissions for tasks such as creating, editing, deleting, importing, exporting, and managing shared or private contacts. Users can perform only the actions allowed by their assigned role, and the interface automatically displays or hides options based on those permissions. For example, users who can manage private contacts but not shared contacts can create and update private contacts only. This enhancement improves security, supports more flexible role management, and helps ensure that users have access only to the contact management functions they need.

Controlling cost account access and settings by role

Administrators can now assign separate permissions for specific cost account tasks, allowing greater control over how cost accounts are managed across the organization. Access can be granted individually for creating, updating, deleting, importing, exporting, and configuring cost accounts, so users only see the functions required for their role. Cost account settings can also be managed independently, making it easier to control account structures, rules, and related configuration options. This enhancement supports stronger governance, reduces unnecessary access to sensitive cost account functions, and helps organizations create role-based access models that align with operational and financial requirements.

Latest Updates

Using FedEx Express Freight services

You can now rate, process, and ship freight packages using FedEx 1Day Freight, FedEx 2Day Freight, and FedEx 3Day Freight services directly in the application. The system now applies freight-specific validation and rating rules instead of standard parcel shipment rules, helping ensure that freight shipments are processed correctly. Previously, valid freight shipments could be rejected because they were evaluated against parcel shipment size restrictions. With this update, freight shipments are validated using FedEx freight requirements, including freight-specific dimension, weight, length, and girth limits. This improves rating accuracy, supports eligible freight shipments during rate shopping and shipment processing, and helps prevent valid freight shipments from being incorrectly rejected.

Updating marketplace tracking after a voided shipment

When you void a shipping label and create a replacement shipment, marketplace fulfillment details are now updated automatically with the new carrier and tracking information. This ensures that connected marketplaces receive the latest shipment details, helping maintain accurate order tracking and shipment status updates. By automatically syncing replacement shipment information, this enhancement reduces manual updates, minimizes tracking discrepancies, and helps keep marketplace order information up to date.
