Managing favorites for printing postage

A favorite is a set of commonly-used settings saved as a template that you can use to more quickly select the same settings in the future. Favorites can contain the postage class, postage value, extra services, and graphic. The maximum number of favorites you can have is 21, including the default preset.

• Add favorites
• Select a favorite
• View favorite settings
• Modify favorites

Add favorites

1. Tap Print Postage.
2. Define the settings you would like for your favorite:
3. 1. Tap Account if accounting is enabled on your device, then select the desired account.
   2. Tap Class.
   3. Tap Start Over.
   4. Select the desired class and any additional services you may require. Tap Apply to continue.
   5. Tap Graphic to save a logo.
   6. Tap the desired logo.
4. Tap the disk icon in Favorite.
5. Tap Save as Favorite. If you want this favorite to be the default tap Set as Default.
6. Enter a name for the favorite. You can enter up to 32 characters.
7. Tap Save.

Select a favorite

1. Tap Print Postage.
2. Tap Favorite.
3. Tap the desired favorite
4. Tap Apply Favorite.

View favorite settings

1. Tap Print Postage.
2. Tap Favorite.
3. Tap each favorite to view its settings.

Modify favorites

Modify a favorite to rename it, set it as the default, or delete it.

1. Tap Print Postage on the Home screen.
2. Tap Favorite.
3. Tap the favorite you wish to modify.
4. Tap Options.
5. Select the option that you require.
