Managing addresses for shipping labels Address Book on the SendPro CX Series

Use the Address Book app on your device to add single addresses. Use PitneyShip to import multiple addresses.

Use the Address Book app on your device to add and edit recipient and sender addresses. Use PitneyShip to import multiple addresses.

Adding a single address to the shipping labels Address Book

  1. Tap Settings.
    Settings (gear) icon

  2. Tap Address Book.
  3. Tap the + Contact icon to add a new address and enter the contact information.

  4. Tap Save when done.

Important: The maximum number of addresses that the Address Book can store is 1000.

Adding multiple addresses

The SendPro CX Series address book is integrated with PitneyShip, allowing address data to be centrally managed across both platforms. While individual contacts can be added directly on the device, multiple addresses must be imported through PitneyShip, typically using a CSV file upload. Imported contacts are then synced to SendPro CX Series, where a subset is available for use, making PitneyShip the primary tool for managing and importing bulk address data.

To import multiple addresses to the Address Book on your device, sign in to PitneyShip in your web browser using your SendPro CX Series log in credentials.

Editing recipient addresses in the shipping labels address book

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Tap Address Book.
  3. Tap the Edit icon to edit an address and contact information.

  4. Tap Save when done.

Editing the sender address for shipping labels

If you need to change a sender address, you can edit it in the address book.

  1. Tap Settings.
    Settings (gear) icon
  2. Tap Address Book.
  3. Tap the All Types filter icon and select Sender.
    Tap All Types and select Sender
  4. Tap the Edit icon to edit a Sender address and contact information.
