Refilling postage for your Print Postage balance on the SendPro CX Series

Your device uses two separate funding accounts. One account is for shipping labels and the other account is for Print Postage. You cannot use the shipping label funds for Print Postage and vice versa.

Before you begin

Check that your device is connecting to the internet.

• If you have a wired network connection, the following connection image appears in the toolbar:
  
• If you have a wireless connection, the following connection image appears in the toolbar:
  

If you see a line through the connection image, it means that the device is not connecting. You will not be able to refill your postage until you establish a network connection.

Add funds to Print Postage

To refill your Print Postage funding account:

1. From the home screen tap the Balance + in the white Print Postage box and proceed to step 3.
    
2. From the Print Postage screen tap Refill Postage.
3. Enter the amount of postage you wish to add.
4. Tap Refill Postage.
5. Tap View Receipt to view or print a receipt.
6. Tap Done.
7. Your updated postage balance appears on the Print Postage screen.

Add funds to Print Labels

To refill your Print Labels funding account:

1. From the Print Labels screen tap Balance + in the top right hand corner, alternatively tap Settings from the home screen.
    
2. From the settings screen tap Shipping Refills.The shipping refills screen appears.
   
3. If you have enabled cost accounts for Print Labels, you must select a cost account. Tap Select Cost. Choose an account from the drop-down list.
4. Tap Refill Postage on the upper right corner of the screen.
5. Use the numeric keypad to enter the amount you wish to refill.
6. Tap Add Postage. When complete, the updated shipping label postage amount appears.
7. Tap Home to return to the Home screen.
