Adding a custom text message on the SendPro CX Series

Add a text message to print a return address or to print your own personalised message. Your message must comply with the postal rules for your country.

Your message can be up to five lines, with 20 characters per line. The message prints on the left side of the envelope.

1. Tap Print Postage on the Home screen.
2. Weigh your envelope, select a class, and select special services, if required.
3. Tap Graphic +.
4. Tap Custom Text.
5. Tap + Add.
6. Tap Accept & Continue to comply with the postal rules.
7. Enter a name for the message. The name can be up to 20 characters.
8. Tap Save.
9. Enter the message, line by line.
10. Tap Apply twice.
11. (SendPro CX 100, SendPro CX 200, SendPro CX 300) Insert an envelope into the device. The device prints the postage and the custom text message.
12. (SendPro CX 500) Load the mail into the feed deck and tap Start. The device prints the postage and custom text messages at the same time. When printing on tape, please use tape designed for advertising printing.
