Viewing PSD information on the SendPro CX Series

Follow these steps to show an auditor the required Certificate of Conformance (CC) information for a systems weights & measures build on the SendPro CX Series.

Products affected: SendPro® CX 100, SendPro® CX 200, SendPro® CX 300 and SendPro® CX 500

Follow these steps to show an auditor the required Certificate of Conformance (CC) information for a systems weights & measures build.

  1. Tap Information in the app drawer.
  2. Tap System info. The Manufacturer and CC No. are displayed at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to view Model Number and PBP SN.
