Setting up a Mailer ID on the SendPro CX Series

Your Mailer ID is a unique number that you need when using Electronic Return Receipt (ERR). It is used to identify your business in USPS mailing systems.

Visit the USPS Business Customer Gateway Mailer ID page to learn more about what a Mailer ID is, why it's needed, and how to apply for one. If you're new to this, it also guides you through setting up an account and submitting your request.

1. Tap Settings.
   
   
   
2. Tap Mailing Refills.
3. Tap Mailer ID.
4. Tap None.
5. Enter the Mailer ID using the keypad.
6. Tap Apply.
