PitneyShip Enterprise Release Notes version 1.132.0 (October 9, 2026)

PitneyShip Enterprise Release Notes for version 1.132.0 (October 9, 2026).

Products affected: PitneyShip® Enterprise

What's New

Improved BPN validation for Supply Ordering

The platform now validates Account Number/BPN (Business Partner Number) information for locations to help prevent supply-ordering issues. The BPN field remains optional, but when a value is entered, the system checks its validity and displays a warning if it is invalid. Locations with an invalid BPN cannot access Supply Links until a valid BPN is provided. Existing invalid BPNs will not be automatically corrected, and previously available Supply Links for those existing locations may remain visible.

Latest Updates

Improved Mobile experience for Extra Services

The Create Shipping Label – Extra Services page now automatically adjusts to fit mobile phones, tablets, and other small-screen devices. Extra service options, validation messages, and drop-down values are displayed and aligned correctly, providing a more consistent and user-friendly shipping experience across supported devices.

Expanded USPS SCAN Form Support

The USPS SCAN Form (Form 5630) now supports Electronic Return Receipt (ERR) and E-Certified Mail shipments. When SCAN Form is enabled, eligible shipments are automatically included on the form, allowing USPS to accept and track them using a single SCAN Form. First-Class Mail shipments are now listed under Other on the SCAN Form PDF. No additional setup is required for existing SCAN Form configurations.

Improved support for abbreviated addresses

Address validation now supports common abbreviations, such as Rd. for Road and Apt. for Apartment, when creating shipments. The Address Verify API replaces the previous Address Suggest API to validate both abbreviated and standard address formats before shipment processing. This update requires no changes to the existing address entry screens or user workflow.

CPSC Compliance support for U.S. imports

PitneyShip Enterprise Fulfillment now supports product-level Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) compliance information for international shipments entering the United States across all carriers. Users can select an Item/Product ID Type, such as SKU, Part Number, GTIN, UPC, EAN, MPN, or Other, and enter the corresponding product ID. A new CPSC Filing Type allows each item to be identified as a registered product, Disclaim A, or Disclaim B, with applicable registry, certifier, and intended-use information. CPSC details can be populated from Order Scan data, configured through Item Column Configuration, viewed in Order Details and Shipment History, and included in shipment exports. CPSC Filing Type is optional, and applicable fields are validated against defined character limits. Informational tooltips are also available to help users complete CPSC requirements.

This only applies to the warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise.

EU De Minimis Compliance Support for EU-Bound Shipments

PitneyShip Enterprise Fulfillment now supports item-level EU De Minimis customs information for shipments originating outside the European Union and entering an EU country across all supported carriers. Users can provide an Item/Product ID Type, such as SKU, Part Number, GTIN, UPC, EAN, MPN, or Other, along with EU customs clearance exemption and manufacturer product ID information. These fields appear only for applicable EU-bound shipments and can be configured using Table Columns. For UPS shipments, Shipper Type and Consignee Type are required and can be set to Business or Consumer. EU De Minimis information is also available in Shipment History and shipment exports, with carrier-specific validation applied where required.

This only applies to the warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise.
