ShipAccel Release Notes version 1.132.0 (October 9, 2026)

ShipAccel Release Notes for version 1.132.0 (October 9, 2026).

Products affected: ShipAccel

What's New

Simplified Orders Grid for new users

New users will see a simplified Orders Grid with the most relevant views displayed by default. Unfulfilled remains the primary view, while Fulfilled now combines fulfilled, shipped, and delivered orders in one place. On Hold appears only when an order is on hold, Cancelled is no longer displayed by default, and All Shipments has moved to the bottom of the list. For existing users, saved views and custom settings remain unchanged, and any existing Shipped view is automatically converted to a custom view that can be modified or removed.

Shared Custom views

Administrators can now create shared custom views that are available to all users on the account, making it easier to standardize workflows and reduce setup time. Admins can select Share this view with all users when creating a view, and shared views are identified by a Shared badge. All users can access shared views, but only administrators can edit or delete them, with changes automatically applied to everyone. View names must also be unique, no more than 20 characters, and cannot be left blank.

Improved BPN validation for Supply Ordering

The platform now validates Account Number/BPN (Business Partner Number) information for locations to help prevent supply-ordering issues. The BPN field remains optional, but when a value is entered, the system checks its validity and displays a warning if it is invalid. Locations with an invalid BPN cannot access Supply Links until a valid BPN is provided. Existing invalid BPNs will not be automatically corrected, and previously available Supply Links for those existing locations may remain visible.

Latest Updates

Expanded USPS SCAN Form Support

The USPS SCAN Form (Form 5630) now supports Electronic Return Receipt (ERR) and E-Certified Mail shipments. When SCAN Form is enabled, eligible shipments are automatically included on the form, allowing USPS to accept and track them using a single SCAN Form. First-Class Mail shipments are now listed under Other on the SCAN Form PDF. No additional setup is required for existing SCAN Form configurations.

Improved support for abbreviated addresses

Address validation now supports common abbreviations, such as Rd. for Road and Apt. for Apartment, when creating shipments. The Address Verify API replaces the previous Address Suggest API to validate both abbreviated and standard address formats before shipment processing. This update requires no changes to the existing address entry screens or user workflow.

Clearer Bulk Editing in the Orders Grid

The Orders Grid now makes bulk editing easier to identify by automatically changing the Edit button based on the number of selected orders. When no orders or one order is selected, the button displays Edit. When two or more orders are selected, it changes to Bulk Edit. The button is also now located between Print Label and Move to Batch, making it easier to find when managing multiple orders.

Expanded Bulk Editing for Additional Information

Users can now update all Additional Info fields across multiple shipments using Bulk Edit. Available fields include Internal Note, Customer Note, Cost Account, Memo/Reference, References 2–4, Shipping Reference, Transportation Reference, and Shipper Notes. Individual checkboxes allow users to choose which fields to update, while Show More/Show Less lets users expand or collapse additional reference fields for a cleaner editing experience.
