Summary
Version 8.70.2.0 improves FedEx REST API support for hazardous material documentation, electronic trade documents, return processing, origin address handling, and broker details. This release also adds dangerous goods sequence number entry in the Admin App, improves SaaSTrans freight documentation, and includes a security update.
Other Changes
The following other changes have been implemented in SendPro Enterprise:
FedEx REST API: OP-900 hazardous material documents
Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.
The FedEx REST API now supports OP-900 hazardous material documents for eligible FedEx Ground shipments, including correct document handling and printing.
FedEx REST API: returns and electronic trade documents
Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.
Domestic FedEx REST returns no longer generate electronic trade documents, and using a different return address no longer changes the carrier shipment origin. Electronic trade document configuration and administration have also been improved, including validation that respects documents excluded by output rules.
FedEx REST API: broker details
Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.
Broker details are now included when the broker address and contact information are supplied, without requiring a broker account number.
Dangerous goods sequence number in the Admin App
Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.
The Admin App Products tab now supports a FedEx Air dangerous goods sequence number, allowing shippers to maintain this carrier-required value without using Label Master.
SaaSTrans freight bill of lading
Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.
SaaSTrans freight bills of lading now retain the shipment width dimension.
Security hardening
Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.
Security hardening has been applied to prevent reflected cross-site scripting in the application.
