Schedule Reports for the last day of the month
Users can now schedule monthly reports to be delivered automatically on the last day of each month. The new Last day of month option automatically adjusts for months with 28, 29, 30, or 31 days, eliminating the need to manually update schedules. Reports can be delivered by email or SFTP and follow the client’s selected delivery time, time zone, recurrence interval, and end date.

Cost Account descriptions now available for meter products
The Cost Account Description field is now available for meter products in the Spend Summary Report for clients with an ALM plan. Previously available only for shipping products, this enhancement makes it easier to identify cost accounts by name instead of relying only on their IDs. Descriptions are pulled from matching synced cost accounts. If a description is unavailable, the field remains blank without affecting report records or totals.

Realized Savings now provides a clearer view of where savings come from across reports, dashboard tiles, and charts. Savings are broken down into Metered Mail Savings, Contract Rates Savings, and ERR Savings, with ERR Savings now including both stamps and labels across PitneyShip Pro, Meter, and SendPro Enterprise products. These additional details are available in the Savings Advisor Report, Savings Advisor tiles, Savings Activity chart, and Spend Summary Report. Because ERR Savings are now included in Realized Savings totals, some totals may be higher than before, providing a more complete view of the savings already earned.
