Alfie oversees regulatory work on postal pricing issues with the USPS and the Postal Regulatory Commission. In addition to working directly with senior postal officials, Alfie is active in a number of industry trade associations and helps represent the interests of mailing industry stakeholders in discussions with policy makers and regulators at both the federal and state level.

Adam has over 22 years of experience in mailing operations, quality management, process improvement, mailing requirements and postal compliance. He is an active member of the Mailers’ Technical Advisor Committee (MTAC). Adam serves as the President of the Association for Mail Electronic Enhancement (AMEE), Board Member and Technology Chair of the Major Mailer Association (MMA), Board Member of National Associations of Presort Mailers (NAPM) where he also serves as First Vice President.

 

Michael Scanlon
Lead Practice Area Leader – Policy and Regulatory
K&L Gates

Michael advises mailing, shipping, ecommerce, and technology companies on postal regulatory and legislative matters. He represents clients before the Postal Regulatory Commission and federal agencies, with extensive experience in postal policy, rate and classification proceedings, and industry advocacy efforts. Michael works closely with mailing industry stakeholders and trade associations to help shape postal policy and regulatory outcomes.
