What’s new

Retain last entry to speed data entry

A new Retain Last Entry option automatically fills in the last saved value for certain fields when receiving or editing a single package. This speeds up entry and improves workflow efficiency for web and mobile users.
How it works:
  • Admins enable Quick Receive in Subscription Roles.
  • In Receiving Settings, a checkbox appears next to each field.
  • Retained values populate the field based on the last saved transaction.
  • System-generated or existing data always overrides retained values.
  • On mobile, retained values are device-specific and do not transfer across devices.

Customizable manifest filter fields

Admins can now select which custom fields appear as filters on the Mobile Manifest page. This makes it easier to view only the data needed while keeping core fields consistent.
How it works:
  • Core fields (Package Location, Received Date, Department, Recipient, Given To, Status) are always included.
  • Admins choose additional active custom fields to display as filters.
  • Existing and new custom fields are selected by default, but can be unchecked.

Mobile front-loading now follows admin rules

The mobile front-loading workflow now respects the Delivery setting Receive, allowing packages to be received and placed into lockers according to admin-defined rules. This ensures consistent handling of new and existing packages.
How it works:
  • Settings control whether users can receive and place new packages, only place already-received packages, or require existing locker reservations.
  • The system blocks workflows that don’t meet the admin-defined rules.

Add to existing locker reservations

A new Add to Existing Locker Reservation option lets admins decide whether users can add packages to a recipient’s current reservation. This applies across web and mobile, streamlining package placement when multiple shipments exist.
How it works:
  • The setting appears in Delivery Settings, below front-loading configuration.
  • When enabled, a modal offers the choice to add to an existing reservation or create a new one.
  • When disabled, the workflow continues without offering the add-to-existing option.
