Organize package statuses your way

Create and manage custom status groups to better organize package workflows. Group statuses into active and completed categories, making it easier to track package progress and improve operational visibility.
How it works:
  • Organize statuses into Undelivered and Closed groups
  • Create, rename, and manage custom status groups
  • Update status assignments at the site level
  • View group assignments while reordering package statuses
  • Includes support for both default and custom statuses
 

Customize mobile field layouts

Administrators can now control the order of fields displayed in key mobile workflows, helping users capture information more efficiently and creating a more tailored mobile experience.
How it works:
  • Supports Receive, Edit, Deliver, and Pouch workflows
  • Field order is managed through Input Fields settings
  • Only enabled fields appear in the mobile app
  • Changes sync automatically to users' devices
  • Reset to Default restores the standard field sequence
 

Get deeper dashboard insights

An enhanced dashboard experience provides more meaningful package metrics based on status group assignments. Track package activity with greater accuracy and quickly drill into package details from KPI tiles.
How it works:
  • Toggle between the existing and enhanced dashboard views
  • KPI calculations are based on status group mappings
  • Counts update automatically when group assignments change
  • Custom status groups appear as additional KPI tiles
  • Select a KPI tile to view filtered package results
 

View status groups across reports

Package Status Group information is now available throughout package activity views and exports, giving teams greater visibility into package workflows and improving reporting accuracy.
How it works:
  • Adds a Status Group column to the Package Activity page
  • Column can be shown or hidden from the Columns menu
  • Includes status group data in exported reports
  • Supports Export Visible Data and Export All Data
  • Package history exports now include status group information
