What’s new

Give admins more control

Assign more precise permissions for managing roles and users. Grant access to only the actions each administrator needs, helping improve security and simplify user management.

How it works:

Permissions for Manage Roles and Manage Users are now broken into individual actions, such as add, edit, delete, import, and export. Users only see the options they have permission to access.

Manage lockers on the go

Manage locker banks directly from the PitneyTrack mobile app. View locker status, update availability, manage reservations, and access package details without using a desktop.

Where to view:

Users with appropriate permissions can find the manager lockers option by going to: More > Place In Locker > Manage Lockers
