What’s new

Improved Notification Log Visibility

Get greater visibility into notification activity with new Notification Type and Status columns. Sort records, review email delivery status, and use improved search and filtering controls to find the notifications you need more easily.

Enhanced Bulk Contact Management

Manage and delete large volumes of contacts more efficiently with improved bulk deletion. New options let you delete all shared, private, or selected contacts while added protections help prevent accidental removal of verified sender contacts.
How it works:

Large contact deletion requests are now processed asynchronously for improved reliability. Choose whether to delete recipients only or recipients and senders, and use new options to manage shared, private, or selected contacts. Verified sender contacts remain protected from bulk deletion.

Manage Purchase Orders in Expected Packages

A new Purchase Orders tab gives you a centralized place to view, manage, and monitor imported Purchase Order data. Filter by site or import file, search for specific records, and access manual and automated import options.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Expected Packages.
  2. Select the new Purchase Orders tab.
  3. Filter, search, or switch between imported Purchase Order files as needed.

Manually Import Purchase Orders

Import Purchase Order data directly from the Purchase Orders tab. Upload a CSV file, map your data to PitneyTrack fields, and choose whether to replace existing records for a simpler way to add and manage Purchase Orders.
How it works:

Upload your CSV file and follow the guided workflow to select a site and map your fields. Matching column names are mapped automatically, while other fields can be mapped manually. Review your selections before completing the import.

Automate Purchase Order Imports with SFTP

Automate Purchase Order imports by securely connecting to an SFTP source. Configure field mapping, schedule recurring imports, and set up failure notifications to reduce manual uploads and keep your Purchase Order data up to date.
How it works:

Use the guided setup to configure your SFTP connection, select a destination site, map your file fields, and choose an import schedule. Test your connection before completing setup, then manage scheduled imports from the Import Schedule tab.

Track Purchase Order Import History

Track manual and automated Purchase Order imports from one centralized location. The Import History tab now includes successful Purchase Order imports, making it easier to confirm completion and review past import activity.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Expected Packages.
  2. Select the Import History tab.
  3. Review available Purchase Order import records.
