Printing
Check your ink level, try another ink cartridge, perform a test print and clean your printheads to resolve poor print quality.
Errors & Troubleshooting
If envelopes or tapes are not sealing properly, the system may be low on sealing solution or there may be an issue with the moistener brush.
Maintenance
Replace the tape when the red stripe appears. You can install a new roll before the system actually runs out of tape.
Refilling Postage
Use your franking machine to check your postage balance within your Pitney Bowes account.
Request a refund for damaged or incorrectly printed mail by contacting An Post.
You can add postage to your Connect+ Series if funds are available in your PrePay or Pay As You Go account.
Refill your franking machine for a smaller amount or check your postage balance to resolve Balance Too Low or Insufficient Funds.
Rate Change
An Post periodically changes the postal rates. If new rates are available, you can download them onto your franking machine from the Pitney Bowes Data Centre.
Reporting, History & Accounting
You can build your accounting structure by creating an account, creating a sub account and creating a sub sub account on the mailing system.
You can view a list of the updates that have installed on your system. You will see the title, size, effective date, and installation date of each installed updated.
